At Campaign Monitor, design comes first. Designers decide on product strategy, best practice, and have the final say in how our software looks and behaves. We're looking for a UI designer who can live up to the task, and help take Campaign Monitor to new and exciting places!
As part of our small and passionate team
you’ll be asked to participate in everything; from sketches through to design and implementation, and your experience and opinion will be called on a lot. You’ll be based in our awesome new Sydney offices
, designing world-class UI's that are simple and usable.
How we work: We discuss a brief as a team, make prototypes, code them up, then work with developers to make sure those designs look and work exactly as intended. You'll also work alongside our testers, who are great at spotting usability problems. As a designer you’re responsible for the whole thing — from its conception to launch. And at the end, you'll get to see hundreds of thousands of your design peers using something you built from scratch!
- An impressive portfolio that shows a variety of design styles
- A good understanding of modern HTML and CSS (JS experience isn't required, but impressive)
- Experience with information architecture, interaction models and user flows
- Ability to work well individually, as well in a team
